Easy…..Option C! Its hydrating and has all the protein, carbs and fat the human body needs in a single meal. Added antioxidant boost with the berries. 🫐🍓 Option B looks like the fast track to heart disease and too high in harmful Saturated fat…Option D is a dessert too high in fat and refined sugar etc. Option A is a bit better…..is that fish full of mercury or PCBs tho?

@BLee13x @SageCanaday Do your research, classic line lol. It’s probably more complicated than that but the fast majority of studies have shown that saturated fats definitely cause coronary artery disease and colon cancer with the exception of saturated fats from dairy products (maybe).
