@_gingeeee We charge a month in advance, so if you've received a bill recently that covers service charges for dates past 16 September, you will only receive a partial discount, as you'll be charged full price from 16 September. As advised, each discount and their end dates are on each bill

@virginmedia So somehow my discount has gone from £50+ last month to £30+ this month, but with no notice. It’s my last bill, and I definitely think I’ll be cancelling. Terrible service the last month or so.

@virginmedia I have clicked to “fix the issue” 4 times in less than 24 hours. Twice with intermittent signal issues, once with a diagnostic issue and now the tv box isn’t connecting? Can someone please get this sorted? I’m paying £94 a month, a recent increase from £87, it’s unacceptable!
