35 today. Here’s what the last year actually taught me: 1.Being a dad is the most humbling thing I’ve ever done. You learn who you are in real time. No manual, no shortcuts. 2. Love your partner genuinely. Happy wife, happy life isn’t a cliché it’s a cheat code. 3.Spend time with people you actually want to spend time with. Zero patience for rooms I don’t want to be in. 4.Age is just a number. I am fitter and a better athlete at 35 than 25. 5.Building a brand is a long game. 6.Find your flow state and protect it. This last year building Cadence has been the most fun I’ve ever had working. When work doesn’t feel like work.. that’s the win. 7.Spare time is sacred. If I have a free hour it’s not going to random people. It’s going to family. 8.I’ve been around greatness this year. The right room changes everything. Who you’re building with matters as much as what you’re building. 9.Health is the foundation. Business, fatherhood, creativity, all of it runs better when the body and mind does. 10.Real happiness came from real impact. Building something, moving people, creating moments that lasted, that’s what filled the tank this year.

The Arsenal Supporters’ Trust is disappointed by the 8:00pm Monday kick-off for Arsenal vs Burnley. This timing creates clear difficulties for both sets of supporters, particularly those travelling or relying on public transport, and increases costs and disruption. As the final home game of the season, it also means the traditional lap of appreciation will not take place until around 10:00pm, making it less accessible for many fans. We did engage with Arsenal ahead of the most recent broadcast deal, recognising that clubs, including Arsenal, play a role in approving these agreements and asking that it give greater weight to the impact on supporters of games being moved. While we understand the significant financial benefits involved and how they support the club’s growth, we would urge both Arsenal and the Premier League to do more so that scheduling better reflects the needs of match-going supporters.

I enquired about moving my seat just to see what’s available to swap to. Nothing in Lower and the few tickets available in Upper are all so far back I’ll need a telescope. Guess I’ll stay where I am

Easy 10 miles First run in the Nike Vomero Premium. There are “super trainers” and I’d label these as “super easy shoes” that are amazing for walking. Run was comfortable too, but I like to give every pair of new shoes 50 miles or so before making a final judgement.

Pub discovery of the week - The Pocket in Islington. Off north end of Upper Street. Not always mad on new tap rooms in old shop premises but this one is a gem. Brilliantly put together, nice crowd, winning drinks selection (and cheapish for the area). Excellent

@AFCFixtureNews I am in block 133 row 4 - will this affect mine - think it’s BS that my great seats are used for away fans & I have to move behind the goal - which is not like for like. I thought I would stay some block but maybe further back as seats to be used by media not away supporters 🤬

Just been made aware… UEFA have introduced the requirement that the UEFA Cat 1 seats are issued on the 'tribune side' of the stadium, which for us is the West. This has meant we've had to switch the allocation from the East, where it had traditionally been to the West.

So Barcelona only go 2336 tickets last night, when they should have got 3400. I think we got 3200 last time we played there. Have asked the club to ensure they push for the full UEFA correct %. If we do only get 2336 tickets those tickets will go high, if we get 3200 still think they go fairly high, everyone is going!
