I’m ranting a lot but I’m absolutely terrified I’m going to get ill again and we won’t have the NHS so we won’t have free treatment and people like me might ignore issues we otherwise would’ve got checked out due to the cost of it. People will die as a result of it.

T/W cancer Austerity via Tory Britain nearly killed me and Labour will privatise the NHS, causing more deaths.

1/2 people get cancer: Will it get found? How will they pay for treatment? What’s the cost of health insurance going to be for someone that’s 3 times more likely to get cancer than the rest of the population (after chemo)?

Post chemo treatment, I’m clinically extremely vulnerable meaning that I get ill very easily and get lots of infections. Now access to healthcare is so difficult, it was bad pre cancer for me but impossible now. Labour will sell the NHS when they get in making it less accessible.

For many other patients with my condition (I’m in remission but I still have the tumours: they’re just non-active) they get access to their specialist team for years after but my support is gone. When I want to be checked it’s by a GP and getting that appointment can take weeks
