Day 6/30 Most people only see the highlight of every project. What they don’t see is what it took to make people care enough to get it there. Let me break down a memecoin project I worked on: Crazylivedao 👇 The Mission When I hopped on board, the brief was simple but massive: - Get eyes on the project. - Build a tribe, not just a telegram community. - Drive actual adoption "make them hit the buy button". The real hurdle? In a market where 50 new coins launch every time you blink, being seen isn't enough. You have to be impossible to forget. When I started, Crazylivedao was like a lot of early projects; it had "potential" but no "feel." - It felt generic. - No "face": There was no character to root for. - Inconsistency: The content felt scattered. My Playbook I didn't just start clicking and creating. I started by listening; I needed to know: What’s the actual "goal" here? Who are we talking to? What are we trying to create? Once I found the pulse, I built a visual system, not just a few pretty pictures: 1. The Visual Identity: I created a consistent look so that the second someone saw a post on their feed, they knew it was us without reading the handle. 2. The Mascot: We gave the brand a face. Something expressive, relatable, and most importantly; meme-able. 3. High quality and strategic Art: I designed every illustration to do three things; stop the scroll, spark an emotion, and get a reaction. 4. Viral Engineering: I made sure our visuals were "remixable." I wanted the community to take our assets and make their own magic with them. I wasn't just "making art." The Result - The community surged to 5,000+ members. - The community stopped being passive, they started making their own memes using our style. - The "project" became a brand people actually recognized. - We skyrocketed from a $65k floor to a $16M all time high. That’s like a huge 256x. These numbers are great for the portfolio, but the real win was deeper. People didn't just put money into a contract; they identified with the movement. They shared the art because it represented them. They didn't just hold a coin; they belonged to a culture. That’s the power of strategic visuals. They aren't just "decoration." They provide the face, the voice, and the feeling that turns a speculative asset into a community driven powerhouse. In Web3, you don't just want investors. You want a movement and that’s where I come in to make it happen!
