@SMARTYMobileUK It has had this message since Friday. I purchased the unlimited data package so I can work from home whilst I wait for my broadband to be set up. The patchiness is disrupting my work and I have no way round it. What is the ETA on this to be fixed?

Hi @CommunityFibre I moved into a new build and the address hasn't been added to your website yet. It's on Royal Mail and when my partner contacted you in mid September you said it would take a week. A few weeks have passed now... 😔 how long does it really take??

@IKEAUKSupport how do I contact you? Call centre is always busy and I get disconnected on the chat. Its been almost a month since I ordered, delivery was changed to a date I couldn't do, I had to reschedule and now it's been postponed again! This is unacceptable.
