@VigilantFox I highly doubt most homes have LED bulbs and the mere fact that incadescent bulbs have been around for 140 years, this arguement sounds so dumb

Dr. Andrew Huberman just confirmed a “wild conspiracy theory” about incandescent lights and LED bulbs. The long wavelengths found in incandescents increase your metabolism and “charge your mitochondria.” Conversely, the LED bulbs that most of you have in your house are “causing disruptions in mitochondrial function.” DR. ANDREW HUBERMAN: “Your mitochondria function better, you increase ATP production, your metabolism increases in the presence of red light, long wavelength light to the skin.” “Shine long wavelength light on somebody, watch blood glucose levels in a blood glucose test, and it’s blunted.” “Now, the LED lights that are commonly used now… that short wavelength light, in the absence of long wavelength light, has been shown to damage the mitochondria.” “This used to be considered crazy. This was like chemtrail crazy, right?” “But now we’re starting to see from animal studies and human studies, from Glenn Jeffreys and others, that people’s vision gets better when they get in front of an incandescent bulb once a day.” “If they get sunlight, which also has long-wavelength light, your vision improves because of improvements in mitochondria.” The Biden administration quietly pushed incandescents out of the market through aggressive energy regulations. But you can still find them online today if you look hard enough. If that health insight stood out to you, there’s a lot more where that came from. (See post below) This page finds the moments they don’t want going viral, with captions that tell you exactly why they matter before you even hit play. See why 2 million already follow: @VigilantFox

Internationally recognized neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman reveals a surprising trick to help you fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. “I can’t promise, but I’m willing to wager… that within five minutes or so, you’ll be back to sleep.”

@Nomad_AeE @DanielRPK They spent equally as much on marketing as they did on production for Superman 2025. If it had been a success, they would easily do that again. But it wasn't. Plus it's easier to hit $250 million and call it a success than to not even hit $1 billion w/ SM

Bill Maher: “Bill Gates says in 10 years… AI will do most things humans do… In this world that they are talking about, that’s going to be great. What do people do, and how is money generated if nobody has to do anything?” Tristan Harris: “What happens when all of the GDP coming from the U.S. comes from AI and not human laborers? The incentive is I’m going to put all my money into data centers. Electricity prices go up for regular people. What I want people to get about this is not to scare you… This is headed to an anti-human future.” Bill Maher: “You should definitely be scaring people. Totally F*CKING scare people! It’s the scariest thing.”

BREAKING: Fox News is now trying to pretend we defeated Iran and have won the war, so that we can stop fighting. They are literally trying to list all the ways we won, including “outing fake allies like Spain and England.” “To me, this already looks like victory. So I say, let’s declare victory very quickly.”

In this clip, Tony Robbins breaks down a hidden relationship pattern called passive retaliation. A woman says her inability to focus on relationships is “out of her control,” but Tony challenges that belief right away. He explains that her behavior isn’t helplessness—it’s a strategy. When she feels unheard or controlled (a trigger rooted in childhood), she takes back power by withdrawing. She shuts down emotionally, goes cold, and uses what Tony calls the “dagger eyes.” This moment reveals how childhood survival habits follow us into adult relationships. Silence once protected her, but now it creates distance. She may feel like she’s winning—but she’s losing real connection. She seems to be a master manipulator who relies on her looks to coast through life. 🤔

@_iamdefault_ @grok @BonillaJL @MrShermichael 5490 deaths by proper Secretary’s of Defense/War vs the unqualified Secretary now. I find the 13 death of our military personnel in the withdrawal from Afghanistan to be a great failure and it was led by a General. I’m willing to give an 0-4 a shot.

WATCH: @MrShermichael Singleton reminds the NewsNight panel criticizing Pete Hegseth's remarks that he DID serve and is fully aware of the fact that war is hell. SHERMICHAEL SINGLETON: Can I just make one point of objection to what Ana just said? You know, in politics, sometimes we make flippant remarks. If we could go back and do it over, we would. Pete Hegseth has served this country honorably- a tour in Afghanistan, a tour in Iraq. I never put on the uniform, but I certainly have a lot of damn respect for the people who do. He led his troops for about a year as a leader, and many of the generals and individuals who gave him a Bronze Star wrote admirably about his leadership position. So I don't think that this is someone who doesn't recognize the importance of war, the toll it takes on families, and that you might indeed pay the ultimate price. And so I think we shouldn't forget that. We may dislike him. You may not like the comment that he made and we could critique maybe it wasn't the right way to word it, but but this is someone who knows war more than anybody at this table that I'm familiar with, and we should keep that in mind.
