@_im_next @MrMockRock The stronger hitboxes take priority over the weaker ones in p much all of Belmonts moves so it ends up being really hard to hit the fair version, and it sends backwards sometimes anyways

Making a video on weird Smash combos. What are some combo tools that are unknown by a lot of players/unplanned by the devs? Some examples:
-Doc can combo up B out of jab
-Sora's weird-ass 1 frame nair hitbox
-Kirby getting dragdown dair combos if he times it juuuuuuuust right

@Squidplumber @MrMockRock please be honest with me since ive had this question for years, is there any reason why ppl dont use the same weak hitbox thats on fair (dont need to get a reverse hitbox through the opponent) instead of bair for this combo other than the fact that the bair version looks cooler

@MrMockRock Belmont being able to use that large red hitbox on his armpit to actually send forward and combo straight into fmash out of holy water, pretty sure this is the only reverse hitbox use in the whole game

@_im_next I’ve thought this since 2020 when I picked up Belmont, I was very generous with fairly even like I think it’s a bit palu leaning but Belmont is so fine holding his own imo, and again you are much better than me full glaze

@Squidplumber everyone thinks they go even with palu nowadays its ok to admit slower or clunkier characters are fighting an uphill battle against the character with top 5 jump and air acceleration who shits out safe combo aerials
