You know how good it feels to not have any energy leaks in my life? I’m sitting here in peace just thinking like… everything is calm, still, peaceful…

every time I reflect on my life I get overwhelmed with such gratitude, God is amazing.

As a woman, you grow older & you start to value & look for different things in a man.. I don’t want the finest man or the best dressed or the man w/ the most bread in his pocket.. I want the courteous man, pick up dinner if you know it’s a late day for the both of us.. I want the helpful man, wash the dishes after I cook & help me fold the clothes after I wash.. I want the handy man, you see something needs to be fixed around the house? Get to it bae 🔨 I want the family man, let’s plan BBQs in the park & go on adventures.. I want the gentle & patient man.. let’s live life in peace 🫶🏽🥹 Life is way too short to settle for anything less..

Dear God, thank you for the places you pulled me out of that I dealt with silently. Your presence is sufficient in keeping me steady during times of heaviness. Continue to show up as you always have, and keep me covered in your grace. I’m so grateful for all you do God. Amen🩷
