Nigel Farage earns over a million pounds a year. Still claims £160,900 in expenses (benefits) Moans about people abusing benefits. But not himself, of course.

Just because Coventry slapped up the league which had: - Sheffield United who finished 3rd last season - Ipswich, Leicester & Southampton with Premier league teams & parachute payments - Wrexham & Birmingham who came up with huge expectations They call them the worst champs In any other world this would be considered as one of the best Champs in a long while. The hate is so forced and they mock Coventry fans for forcing rivalry 😂

5,000 Coventry City fans will get a free season ticket next season in the premier league, let me tell you how. In 2023, Doug King, Coventry City owner, told 5,000 fans to buy the season ticket at a fixed rate of £500 across 5 seasons. He promised them that if they promote within those 5 seasons, the premier league season ticket will be free for them. For those 5 seasons, fans had to renew every year to keep the freeze and stay eligible. These ~5,000 fans will be watching every Premier League game at the CBS Arena for free next season. I have praised the Sunderland Owner for his crazy vision for the club, that started paying off. Doug King is just another visionary leader. This scheme was not to only reward LOYAL and committed fans, but also to encourage more fans to buy into the long term project of the club, which was to get back to the premier league. Don’t forget that this scheme also meant that they were guaranteeing an upfront revenue which was a good business idea for a club that was recovering from lots of debts. Coventry were in debts for a long time, in fact, they were sharing stadium with Northampton and Birmingham because they could not afford their stadium outrightly, lots of tenancy issues. Doug has sorted it and the stadium now belongs to them. Doug also re-invested the money made from Gyokores and Gustavo Hamer back into the club. This has brought so much stability too. The biggest call was sacking Mark Robins and appointing Frank Lampard. Mark Robins promoted them from League One to Championship, and also got them play offs final in 2023 where they lost against Luton. So, this was a big call sacking Mark and appointing Frank. It was criticised but it’s later paid off. Ladies and Gentlemen, DOUG KING.

This is Kyril Louis-Dreyfus, the majority shareholder and owner of Sunderland, he is 28 years old. 28 lol. You can read about his family, the Louis-Dreyfus family, they’ve got crazy money. His father was former CEO of Adidas and former owner of Marseille. That’s by the way. Kyril is not just a “nepo” baby, he understands the football business because he was born in it. His father was owner of Marseille when he was born. He’s very learned and articulate. Just listen to their transfer strategy (for people too lazy to watch the video😅): Firstly, they’ve studied the fact that lots of teams get promoted to the premier league and go back down immediately. They injected £180m to sign 14 players because according to him, you have to do something extraordinary to survive the premier league. Before the season also started, himself and his team have planned what January transfer would look like: 1. If we’re in the bottom 3, there are certain players we would get 2. If we’re in the top 10, there are certain players we would also get. Now, his master strategy is to recruit young players, and maintain an average age. Sunderland were the youngest team in League one, the youngest in the championship and now the 3rd youngest in the premier league, only behind Chelsea & Brentford. Despite this master strategy, it’s just like in agile project management framework, your plan needs to be flexible to accommodate changes, he’s recruited “experience” in Xhaka and Reinildo, to guide the youth. Yes, I know I only want youth, but in this league, a little adjustment might be needed, I’ll add one or two experience players to guide them, and that’s what he’s done. Irrespective, his team is still the 3rd youngest in the league. Again, I just want you guys to be seeing the work that goes into a club BTS, a lot of work I must say. I need you guys to also know about these things, as it’ll inform how we see the game.
