7 months on these XFAs. I risk around $200 per trade on $NQ and make 50–100% a month. Not the flashy numbers you usually see from prop firm traders on Twitter/X - but this is exactly why most of them will never succeed on personal accounts. Too much gambling. Too much size. No longevity. I want to show that it’s actually possible to build a real living from a single $100 eval account and milk it consistently without blowing it. I trade personal funds with up to six figures in them, and I wouldn’t be able to do that if I hadn’t learned how to keep funded accounts alive long term. Think about what you really want. Short-term dopamine and blown accounts? Or long-term consistency, freedom, and the ability to provide for your family and buy whatever you want.

Spent the entire weekend waiting for the market to open. Only needed $150 to complete my 5th day and request a big withdrawal. I reduced risk, went full micros, followed my plan, traded with the trend… everything by the book. Still hit daily loss limit. The frustration is real. I was trying so hard to be careful and still gave it all back. In other accounts I made over $1k easily… but the one I needed the most? Hit DLL. I’m annoyed at myself, but I’m choosing to believe God has a lesson for me here. Thankfully I still have a big buffer. Just need one $150 day. Who else knows this painful feeling?

Trading is a weird space to be in once you figure it out. You have all these people u see on ur timeline struggling and u know exactly how to help them. And helping them figure out the same thing u have finally cracked gives them financial and life freedom. But then 99% of them don’t believe u or don’t listen to u 😭 This is the whole reason paid mentorships exist. It’s why traders who are making great money still charge for their time. It’s not a contradiction — it’s human nature. You need some skin in the game to take something seriously. Without it, people jump between strategies, convince themselves they know better, and never commit long enough for anything to actually work. I always told myself I’d never go down the mentor route. But I’m starting to think I’ll open a paid group one day — not to monetize, but because I genuinely want to help people get there. There’s a strange truth in this industry: free information gets ignored. Not because it’s bad, but because people don’t value what they don’t pay for. So you end up having to charge — not out of greed, but because it’s the only way people actually show up and do the work. And to the people who say “if you’re so profitable, why are you selling something?” — that’s just not how it works. I used to think the same thing but now I understand.
