My story.. I was given this award "It's 4pm somewhere " in my place of work back then, do u know why? Cos I am always the 1st person to exit my place to work. Any unfinished job will have to be finished the next day, I cannot come & k!ll myself 😂😂 Even though I did my job exceptionally well during working hours, just that singular act of leaving work immediately after closing, made my employer not to increase my salary for 2 good years despite increasing other employees salaries. The funniest thing is that even the home I am running to after exiting work is just to eat then dooze off [sleep] afterwards 😅 Don't be like me if u want salary increment.
