Who is right? This man noticed a car parked in the same spot in his neighborhood for 2 days and what he says is over 4 hours. He decides to question the driver about it. But is this warranted? Would you do it? I’d take notice of the car, its license plate, and watch it but I’m not sure if I’d approach them.
