I was advised on the 21st August to fill out a feedback form detailing my experience so that this could be further investigated. I was told that a member of staff would “reach out to me soon”. It’s 1st December today! Still nothing @qatarairways @qrsupport ???

@_jhux93 Hi Jo, The car park has now been fully cleared, so you should be able to exit without issue now! If you paid for parking previously this will still be honoured - if the barriers are closed when you reach them press the intercom to be released. Best wishes, Ella
