@SAS we have seen through a course of medication that was in our hand luggage but require other medication that is in our hold bagage. Simply unacceptable. Your staff know the urgency of this but seem to value their own convenience over the health of paying customers

@SAS your customer service is atrocious. Each each day for up to a week we have been told our bags would come ‘tomorrow’ and now have been told it will not get to us again. How can a business like yours operate with such little disregard for your customers?
