On New Year’s Eve this account had 288 followers. In the 45 days since, my following has grown thanks to 673 awesome people. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has boosted by account in any way. As an aspiring sports writer / media worker, I’ve recognized how massive social media is for sports fans. One of my top priorities for this year is building my platform on X as much as possible. The goal is to continue finding ways to educate sports fans in entertaining ways. If done correctly, I believe this account can become a place for fans to visit for news, updates, games, answers, and much more. A strong following also makes us College writers more attractive to future potential employers - I would love to have something lined up post graduation, or at least have the tools to stand out in a competitive job market. For now, the focus shifts to 1,000 followers and beyond. I sincerely appreciate everybody who has made the start of this journey possible, and I look forward to seeing what’s to come! Dropping that series in 6 after leading 2-1 is a tough pill to swallow. With that being said, it seems like this is just the beginning for the Utah Mammoth. - Plenty of cap space to work with - A young and highly promising core - A fan base that has discovered what playoff hockey can look like in Utah They’ll be back.
