Ordered a kitchen from @Wickes in November last year and it’s STILL not completed! Had a half installed kitchen since the end of January! Trying to get anything sorted is a complete nightmare! Wish I’d never set foot in their Store🤬

Ordered stuff from @Wickes earlier in the week. Delivery day, via #evri been and gone. Disappointed as l wanted it for a weekend garden project.

I have 2 disabled children and needed a quick turnaround. My old kitchen has already been ripped out. Can’t get through on the phone either.

@Wickes Our new kitchen was delivered yesterday. Missing items, not able to deliver until the 24th. Installation was supposed to be starting today and now it’s on hold until I get these missing bits. My installer is already starting his new job by then. Absolute joke.

@Wickes We have just spent a good 30 minutes on the phone to head office to complain to be told we have to do it though email, then to look at your email address and there’s a phone number for complaints. Could you please verify if we can speak to somebody.

@Wickes Anyone in cust servs?! I want my refund re online order I cancelled - twice by phoning the store as items shown in stock online weren't actually in stock according to local store. Driver arrived this am with a part order; I refused. Store promised refund; none so far!



@Wickes Order 694262448 - there is stock at another local branch but your CS desk did they can’t have it transfer delivered. Please explain why this is the case

@Wickes I ordered a shed that was being delivered today. I’ve taken a day off work and stayed in to wait for it. At 4pm I decided to call customer services - to be told that the order has been cancelled and won’t be delivered due to lack of stock. Very poor customer service

@wickes . Never again will I buy from Wickes . Purchased a kitchen, troubles sorting delivery. Kitchen arrived on the 4th April but no handles. After speaking to one of the customer service was promised on the 4th they would be 5 days, ring again and now told won’t be

Hey @Wickes I’ve been trying to call your customer services number all day (14 calls in total for a minimum of 5 minutes on hold) and you don’t appear to have anyone answering phone calls!! Any chance you could measure as I want to cancel an order and get a refund.

@Wickes I just spent £60 on a big pot & it exploded when loft ladder fell on it ruining my carpet.I’m a single mum & cannot afford to buy another pot of paint & replace hall carpet so please I’m praying 🙏I win or u give me empathy and discount me paint to finish my hallway lol x

@Wickes you put in an order then no one bothers to turn up. You call customer services useless,you ring the store cannot give you an answer as to why the delivery failed. but they took my money quick enough. USELESS do not use or order from Wickes you will waste your time

@Wickes what has happened to your customer service department - I received some faulty items delivered on Tuesday - I used your contact form to report this and request a replacement be sent by return. I have heard nothing at all - today I tried your live chat - also useless!!!!!!

Anyone thinking of getting a kitchen through @Wickes don’t. After care service is a disgrace and apparently a 6 day fitting taking 4 weeks is acceptable.

@Wickes what is going on? I placed an order on 30th March was supposed to arrive 1st April, still nothing!! Phoned your customer services numerous times and nobody can/will sort it out!! I even asked to cancel my order and im told I need to wait….!!!! Wtf!
