@_memyselfandwhy Try full swing of arms if you fell light headed. It gets the blood flowing. I take turmeric & pepper so I haven’t had to do it for years. If it doesn’t work, you’ll know after a few tries & it’s free.

Can I ask people with #MECFS if it’s normal to be at risk of seizure when you’re very low energy? Sometimes all it takes is for me to stand up and I’ve gone from being light headed into having a short, full body fit
