Capitalize on high-quality, low-cost, ILMN data! Especially with constantly improving DRAGEN analysis: specialized calling (CYP2D6, HLA, SMA, GBA), repeat expansions, SVs, CNVs..it all comes stock with DRAGEN germline ...dont get me started on somatic pipelines!

The $2.5B NIH increase is 2.8X the entire CIHR budget. Total NIH ($47.5B) is 54X the entire CIHR budget - 6X per capita. Canada needs to double tri-council budgets now and build a long term strategy for systematic investments.
