Parents evening session 1 ✅ I was so nervous before but the parents were lovely and it was actually lush to speak to them about their child🤩#nqt #firstparentsevening

@MissMaggs1 I’ve also started a raffle ticket reward system so if they do something straight away, do something kind or fab work they get a raffle ticket sometimes I give 2 depending on the situation and end of week put them in a box and pick out 2 names for prize It’s really improved since!

Urgent help needed! Can anyone recommend any “in the moment” behaviour strategies to control noise and listening. Really struggling to get their attention after play time. Thanks! #NQT #Year6

@MissMaggs1 I find my class are dreadful after lunch time!! I’ve done readings, trialed stuff from observations and it’s still hit and miss they are better some days than others. I’ve done call and response or say in a normal voice if you can hear me hands on head, hands in air etc

Week 4 of teaching has resulted in no voice 🙈
