I built an AI system that creates luxury real estate listing videos for under $10 (just from a Zillow link). The average agent pays $1K–$5K per property for professional video production. Sell this output to realtors and agents and make $$$. Here's how it works: → Save the 6 best images from any Zillow listing → Bring each image into Calico AI to animate it — smooth dolly shots, cinematic pans, luxury motion styling → A custom GPT analyzes the listing and writes a polished 30-second voiceover script → ElevenLabs generates the AI narration and a custom music track → CapCut to assemble the final video with captions in minutes The result: every listing gets a professional-grade walkthrough video — not just the $10M estates with marketing budgets. Static listing photos aren't enough anymore. Buyers want to feel like they're walking through the home before they book a showing. Comment "CALICO" below, and I'll send you the full process with prompts and GPTs so you can recreate (must be following so I can message you!).

@MartinShkreli 1. Society’s values change when robots/AI do the work. 2. It’s not clear it’ll all accrue to NVDA.

new forecast: NVDA to $100T human thought is values by businesses. even desk/email jobs require human thought. but higher priced jobs like legal, medical, finance can also be replaced by AI. (1/5)

We will see 10T as I prophesied years ago. This is a short-sighted and extremely lazy analysis. Of course, the stock might go down, too, but this isn’t it. Value intelligence and long-term market share of intelligence-providing systems

$100,000 per year per employee means that not only no new foreign workers will join the economy. But existing foreign workers will not be renewed and be sent home as well.

One of my conspiracy theories is that much of the American economy is fake. Millions employed in entire workfare industries like TSA/DMV/USPS/HR, plunging labor participation rate and sky-high welfare/SSDI/SNAP rate, 20% of GDP in insanely marked up healthcare, asset bubbles in cities driven by NIMBY and FOMO, all this propped up by an overvalued dollar which the government can’t stop printing—conveniently the global reserve currency because our economic rival is a hermetic dictatorship. The only real-ish parts are a small (people-wise) tech sector that launders that bloated paper wealth into a fantastically dynamic entrepreneurial talent sorting machine (with much of the talent having to be imported), and a ruthlessly efficient services industry that keeps cost of living down for the well-off (with much of the labor having to be imported).

This is, without exaggerating, one of the most extraordinary things a US Treasury Secretary ever said. It should be mandatory viewing for all citizens of US "allies", Europeans first and foremost. What Bessent is saying is that the US will now treat US allies' wealth as an American "sovereign wealth fund" (his words), "directing" them, "largely at the [US] president's discretion", how to use their money in order to build American factories and reshore American industries. Even the Fox News host can't believe it, calling it "offshore appropriation", another word for theft. That's exactly what it is: straight up unabashed colonial plunder. That's the pattern we see emerge: unable to extract wealth or win wars against an increasingly strong Global South, the US has turned inward to feast on its own "allies" - who can't resist precisely because they depend on their exploiter for military "protection". They're as defenseless against American wealth extraction as any 19th-century colony was against its colonial "protector." That's exactly what I wrote in my latest article on "Europe's colonial moment": open.substack.com/pub/arnaudbert…

Having spent the past 2 weeks across Europe, I’ve learned something profound about the United States. Our lack of common ethnicity, our fragmented and juvenile idea of American “culture” (food, music, film, art, etc.), and our actual newness as a society (every American I know is either an immigrant, first, or second generation), is what causes so much of our social estrangement. Cutting Medicaid wouldn’t just be seen as bad policy in France. It would be seen as a betrayal of your extended French “family”. Cutting food stamps to poor children wouldn’t just be seen as bad policy in Italy. It would be seen as hurting future generations of Italian boys and girls. Tearing down statues in Spain wouldn’t just be seen as childish and petty. It would be seen as disrespecting *your own* heritage. With that being said, the lack of an American identity, the lack of a true shared history amongst our citizenry, the lack of any true social contract amongst ourselves, has made the United States the most fertile breeding ground for individual innovation in history. You can make a mockery of our culture, because we don’t have one. You can rewrite all our business practices, because we don’t have any. You can flip our political system upside down, because our system is younger than your grandmother. You can become anything you want in America. And America can mean whatever you want it mean to you. It is truly the most empty canvass on earth. Anyone can be an American. You don’t even have to be an American to support “American ideas”. Happy birthday to the greatest *and* most troubled nation on earth.

I find this a hard concept to internalize. Writing it out probably helps. Chinese debt relief to "Kenya" means Kenya can buy more power infrestructure from China, which means Chinese electrical power infrestructure companies have more demand and can keep their staff on longer. It is a much more efficient way to subsidize Chinese manufacturing than building more capacity in China where it is not needed. Additionally, it is super needed in Kenya, where it will directly improve productivity by reducing time lost to weekly blackouts. Which will also improve Kenya's ability to repay debt. It really does help to write it out.

1/6 A decision by China to offer more debt relief could be a “game changer for the poor and the system,” said Kevin Gallagher, the director of the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. “It’s really in China’s strategic interest to do that.” nytimes.com/2025/07/01/bus…

Stablecoins will become increasingly regulated, only allowed to hold nominally risk-free assets, if they want to connect to regulated, legal institutions. This includes cash and Treasuries. As such, stablecoins are a way to monetize Treasuries.

Roger gave up his citizenship because he was a victim of lawfare, sentenced to prison for speaking his political beliefs. He knew that his Bitcoin advocacy would put him in the crosshairs again. He ensured his exit was clean and exiled himself for his own safety, and the survival of his family. Turns out, he was 100% correct. This bullshit tax charge is the only hook they could come up with and they've been chasing him for over a decade. Whatever you think about Roger, you cannot ignore his contributions to early Bitcoin, and you cannot support unjust abuses of power by the US, whether the target is a US citizen or not. The "no citizenship, no pardon" rhetoric is disgusting. You don't blame someone for divorcing their severely abusive spouse when the abuse is undeniably clear. Furthermore, @rogerkver is one of the best human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing. This unjust persecution must end.
