for about roughly 1kg thinly sliced sirloin or prime rib:
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
Salt/pepper/paprika/garlic powder/onion powder/white pepper/tiny bit of citric acid/cumin/coriander/Lebanese 7 spices /dash of cinnamon and all spice
1/2 or full lemon depending on preference
1tbsp white vinegar
1tbsp olive oil and 1tbsp canola oil
2-3 crushed cardamom and cloves
Optional: chili powder or red pepper flakes

my aunts neighbours house set on fire. all residents in the area are still evacuated, including my aunt. the second missle never set off thankfully and no one was injured.
