We stopped using Supabase for our data after getting a notification saying we exceeded our egress by 150% Supabase is great until your site starts getting some actual traffic, then it’s just a nightmare Since then, we only use it for authentication, and everything else is on a self-hosted DB

Yesterday, @CaadriFR shipped embeds on devglobe.app so users can display their coding stats on GitHub or their own websites 📈 While browsing GitHub, I spotted that some of our users have already updated their READMEs to include the DevGlobe cards. Seeing that made me so happy! I think users will appreciate displaying these stats on their profiles, and it could increase the visibility of the project I'll keep you posted here on how this impacts our traction

Feels like everyone's been jumping ship from Anthropic to OpenAI the past few weeks. Has anyone switched from Claude Code to Codex and got some feedback to share?

@Timur_Yessenov Yes, but are you using the Claude x5 or x20 plan? And for the codex?

@_nako_o0 Paid tiers on both, not free-tier testing. I’m comparing them by workload: Claude Code for long-context repo sessions, Codex when I can define a small diff + tests. The plan matters less than where the limit hits during review.

@Timur_Yessenov Thanks for the feedback. Could you tell me what type of subscriptions you have with both providers?

@_nako_o0 I wouldn’t treat it as a clean switch. I keep Claude Code for long-context repo work and use Codex-style loops when the task can be bounded by a diff + tests. The deciding factor is usually review surface, not benchmark feel.

@0xMalek Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely try a Codex subscription in the coming weeks while keeping my Claude Code subscription to form an opinion!

I’d split it by workflow: Claude Code still feels strong for deep refactors and long context. Codex feels better when you want fast iteration, cleaner patches, and less ceremony in existing repos. Biggest change is not model quality, it is how much you trust the agent loop before reviewing.

@zahedulislam_ Okay, good to know, thanks! And regarding the quality of the code that Codex produces compared to Claude, have you noticed anything?

@_nako_o0 tried Codex for a week, went back to Claude Code. context handling just felt off on longer tasks.

@_nako_o0 We actually started thinking about marketing from the very beginning. Our go-to-market strategy is to drive adoption through Entrepreneurship Support Organizations, ESOs, across the continent. So we made sure they were central to the process from day one.

@JoelAbenhaim @sahill_og Yes, of course, I completely agree with you. If you don't have a clear vision of the architecture and how to implement your codebase, then sooner or later you'll run into problems

@_nako_o0 @sahill_og Yea that's for your personal project. If it's in a team with juniors who turnover, or a 1-person project without your architecture background, the agent will break everything. The OP had his codebase broken, it's a fact. Many people do. Yet you're right 100% too.

Claude Opus 4.7 spent 50 minutes refactoring my codebase. It finished confidently. Nothing compiled. Half the APIs died. Frontend entered another dimension. The app is completely broken.
