@onelastunicorn The appendix. In my experience, it was horrible; it worsened into peritonitis (Sepsis). They would have 24h to 72h from the first symptoms (or less, Grace would think it was the fault of the raw ramen) to do something, before sepsis develops and spreads too quickly.

rocky needs to do an emergency surgery on grace during their trip to erid that isn't TOO DIRE (so like. maybe not the open heart surgery) but also has actual stakes at the same time. appendix or gallbladder removal maybe? sexy. intimate af. I'll sleep on this and come back later

gracerocky fake dating au but it's them landing on erid and grace's scar of rocky's handprint is on the exact spot eridian mating marks are. but grace is sick and in need of medical help and rocky has more problems to tackle, so neither of them have time to explain it
