@thmoneycircle Gross are leads pushed to the CRM Net are leads my setters got on the phone with to make offers. Lot of factors, some bad properties get pushed, listed properties get pushed, setters don’t connect with every lead. Myself as a closer doesn’t get on the phone with every lead.

@_nickstaley What do you consider the difference between gross and net leads? Wow, 1/2 of leads get an offer? Why not every single one? 4 accept/36 offer is pretty strong
