Reached $847/mo MRR. 3 weeks ago it was $600. growth timeline: $0→$100: 9 months $100→$200: 3 months $200→$400: 2 months $400→$600: 1 month $600→$847: 3 weeks feels fast. but i did the math. at +$350/month, i'll end the year at ~$4,200. my goal is 10x. revenue = traffic × conversion rate. two levers. that's it. i need a second curve. and i'll figure it out.

after 14 very difficult months, fluar is finally growing. new users signing up every day. startups rule #1 is don't die. a lot of people told me to drop it, but i never wanted to quit before i make it work. for the first time since 2024 it feels like i got it working. also, very very exciting news coming in in the next days.
