As a designer, I'd advise the junior designer to not feel pressured to perform, and set a realistic timeline to complete tasks. Use of management tools will do some good too

Day 4 of #perxelscompetition Personally, I'd say junior UI/UX designers have the difficulty of defining a clear timeline. Due to the fact that they want to impress with their work, they find it difficult to either say no, or give a realistic timeline to complete a given task...
