I keep saying it over and over. Focus on catalysts. $CRWV ran over 700% today and all you needed was a piece. They struck a $21B deal with Meta yesterday then announced a multi-year data center deal with Anthropic this morning. This is real bullish sentiment. 2 bullish catalyst stacked together. Before the market open, $CRWV had an outside bar on the daily. Once price went 3-2U on the daily, which is just a trigger above the PDH that was the signal to get in. That’s how you keep it simple. Catalysts bring the attention, The Strat gives the entry.

GEX tells you what dealers might do. Fixed-strike vol tells you what the market is doing. GEX is an estimation of dealer behavior. To trust a GEX level, you have to assume you know whether the street is long or short gamma. If you're following a GEX level that doesn't hold, you're left wondering if the level was wrong or if the assumption was flawed. Fixed-strike volatility cuts through that. Monitor the IV of a specific strike over time. If an asset is approaching resistance and the call vol at that strike is crushing, the demand for a breakout isn't there. That's not a model of what should happen. That's supply and demand for risk at that strike, observable in real time. Stop trading a projection. Watch where vol is actually moving. When dealer positioning assumptions are wrong, the GEX level is just a number on a screen. You need confirmation from how the market is behaving. If you don't know whether the street is long or short gamma, what is your GEX level actually telling you?
