Indiscipline is not limited to Balaalo. There is so much Indiscipline around this country. I have come across fellows you do think bse they went to school, and even held high offices would be examples to our young people for good conduct, but alas! I know of a "big man" who destroyed neighbors property; gate, fence,etc,when told to repair them, he just told neighbor "akole kyayagala.."🤷♂️! Another left his dogs to roam in the neighborhood, they ate this neighbors 17 chicken and tore a mattress which was drying outside. When the neighbor sought redress,the rich man told the poor old lady to go to court....! So Indiscipline in our society is rampant, perhaps a sign of a broken society, with no CULTURAL CAMPUS... Some behavior is even strange, you wonder if some of these pple are Ugandans, despite bearing our local names. Next time, will mention names.
