This intervention, though undertaken within the constraints of a challenging fiscal environment and competing obligations, reflects our conviction that governance must remain anchored on fairness, responsibility, and respect for labour. Accordingly, we approved the payment of two months’ salary arrears for April and May 2021 inherited from the previous administration, Leave Grants for the years: 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as the long-overdue Robe and Outfit Allowance.
