Little update 👇 I finished my University dissertation which means I’m completely done with uni, which I’m pretty proud of, this also means I’ll be going into full time skins. I decided to visit China as it’s a country I always wanted to visit. I’m here for the next 2 weeks, I’ll still be answering DM’s but expect a slow reply, considering I’m on vacation + time difference (Around 7 hours ahead UK/EU) Thank you 🙏

@VativGG Average day as a business owner. A supplier failed to deliver on time two days ago so now I am running 100 guys from 5am-Midnight and will have to eat a $150,000 FedEx air shipment charge. L :(

Equipment deliveries are rolling in at our high-grade, past-producing Copperstone project in Arizona. Ball mill components, including shells, bearings, and gears, arrived on site this past week. Boring news that the efficient market hypothesis priced in already on Friday with a -13% down day in oil prices. That's why I bought oil. I believe in the inefficient market hypothesis. Humans are lazy & the ones that work in finance are so fucking stupid: 7% average CAGR. QED

Last month, we received a family gift of $260,000. We debated a lot and ultimately decided for a few reasons to drop it all on our 3.75% mortgage. Our mortgage went from $750k --> $490k We recognize we could have made much more investing, but it felt secure to take a little risk off the table. Mortgage calculator shows this will save us $285k in interest. We then recasted our mortgage and our payment dropped from ~$3,800 to ~$2,400. A little bit closer to freedom.
