@RYP__ RYP… your confident this was more than a search and rescue? Seems like it would take awhile to make that dirt protective embankment no? I also thought it was 4 little birds, 2 in each c130?

There is a story here that has yet to be truthfully told. Unrelated to CSAR. We know what happened. The truth about a failed plan would explain why Donny was freaking out and a General quit. It was the first part of a risky CWMD op gone wrong. timesofisrael.com/us-op-to-seize…

Finally. The two helicopters are little birds. Notice how U.S forces zippered the runway and bombed the aircraft. SSE of the nuke facility in Isfahan where the enriched Uranium is supposed to be buried (directly North)

@ChrisCuomo Chris, with all due respect, you owe us viewers an apology. You have said multiple times that you had it on good authority that the Epstein files were a ruse. Your source(s) were BS’ing you. That is clearly not accurate.

Let's deal with exposure of facts and names. Clearly people were being protected...and not only as victims. WHY?

@ChrisCuomo Great point Chris. Everybody should want EVERYBODY involved prosecuted. This isn't right vs left. Thus is good vs evil.

This would be an interesting development. I don't know that the Padres ever really tapped into the Korean market when Ha Seong Kim was here.

@TooMuchMortons_ every year at the MCAS air show there is a part of the show conducted by us Air Force called the heritage flight. It’s usually one fighter (f22), and one WW2 plane (p51). Friedkin is one of only a few civilian pilots cleared to fly that flight. He does so every year at miramar.

@JMQ1249682 @JoJoFromJerz @AriFleischer It most certainly is a typo. They have zero law enforcement authority over US civilians. They can’t pull you over for driving recklessly, nor can they push you around for recording them on public streets. They enforce immigration, that’s it

@_raypeterson @JoJoFromJerz @AriFleischer ICE isn't LEO" is a bold take. They carry badges, guns, and federal arrest powers. Just because you don't like the paperwork doesn't mean the 'Law Enforcement' part is a typo.

When confronted by law enforcement, Alex Pretti should have immediately complied, kept his hands visible and away from his holster, and he had a duty to say he was carrying a concealed weapon. He would have been temporarily disarmed and probably not even arrested. Carrying a concealed weapon comes with responsibilities, especially during any interaction with the police.

@theres10cue @TheProhmKing @JonahDispatch @marcthiessen That’s simply not true. They have no law enforcement authority over US civilians. Just as they can’t pull you over for driving recklessly, they cannot smash you in the face and push you to the ground for recording them.

Their authority is slightly higher than zero. Its a lot. ICE agents very much can respond, with lethality, in a reasonably perceived 'deadly' situation. The perception of whether this situation was deadly or not will be a huge legal debate, I imagine. But I offer no opinion on that. I leave that to the 'X-perts', which are not hard to find, apparently. They are all over this app today. I submit only the fact that ICE is within their rights to use lethal force, if used to neutralize a perceived lethal threat to themselves, or others. Reasonable perception will be the key legal threshold. I'm not a lawyer. That legal threshold will be achieved or proven through evidentiary discovery, and not based on what you or I think. From ChatGPT: 1. Constitutional standard Use of force by federal officers is governed by the Fourth Amendment, as interpreted by the Supreme Court (notably Graham v. Connor). Force—including deadly force—is allowed only if it is: Objectively reasonable, and Based on the facts known to the officer at the moment, not hindsight A “perceived threat” has to be something a reasonable officer would see as immediate and serious, not just vague fear or annoyance. 2. Federal law enforcement authority ICE agents are federal officers under DHS. They are authorized to: Carry firearms Use force in the performance of official duties Protect themselves and others from imminent harm This authority is not unique to ICE—it’s the same legal framework used by FBI, DEA, ATF, etc. 3. DHS / ICE use-of-force policy ICE policy generally allows force only when: Necessary to protect life (their own or others) Necessary to prevent serious injury Proportional to the threat Deadly force is supposed to be a last resort, not a response to mere resistance, flight, or verbal threats.

A man shows up to interrupt an ICE operation armed with a gun and two ammo clips and gets into a confrontation with ICE agents, resists arrest. Why is the presumption that the ICE agents are in the wrong?

@JoJoFromJerz @AriFleischer Pretti approached feds armed but silent—no "I'm carrying, permit holder" heads-up. CCW 101 (even in no-duty MN): disclose early when nearing LEO in tension. Skipped it, escalated fast. Tragic, but basic 2A prudence ignored.

Well the police have opted out of policing, as I understand it (I'm sort of kidding.) But, regardless, ICE has the authority to defend themselves (and others- also important) if they reasonably perceive a threat. That should surprise no one. Reasonable perception is murky, which I believe (my opinion) will work in the officers' favor. Maybe there was no reasonable threat. Maybe there was a tremendous threat. What I think is not relevant. That will get litigated to the ends of the Earth using the facts that are available, including facts that might make certain people of certain political biases uncomfortable. There are half a dozen videos, there will be subject matter experts, eyewitnesses, etc. All that will see daylight if/when charges come. But I would submit to you, and my whole original point was, this: anything Alex Pretti was doing that was not followed to the letter of the law, will matter in court. If he was jaywalking, if they find child porn on his hard drive, if he had meth in his toxicology report- anything. So, yes, committing a crime while carrying a weapon will matter, even if people don't like it. I simply stated an alleged FACT, as told to us by investigators. Maybe you don't trust the investigators, maybe you do, but that is separate issue. We only know what we are told by authorities, which is true anytime there is an arrest and charges are brought. I don't know why that is so hard or why I'm getting lit up over repeating well-known, publicly available information. This should be easy to understand.

@johnhawkinsrwn @JonahDispatch @marcthiessen ICE has no law enforcement authority over US civilians. They are a civil immigration enforcement apparatus. This is the exact reason Trump claimed to bring in the guard in CA, to protect ice officers during operations. You are confused about their authority regarding US citizens

@JonahDispatch @marcthiessen If you are armed, resist arrest, and get into a struggle with officers, they may kill you because their life is in extreme danger. This is everywhere in the United States, with every law enforcement agency. It doesn't matter which one you're talking about.
