Running a business is quietly shifting from doing the work to orchestrating systems. As AI agents take over execution leaders move from operators to strategist more like playing a real time strategy game than being in the trenches. But here's the catch if everyone has access to the same AI capabilities the real advantage won't be the tools it'll be judgment, coordination and decision making. That's the part most people are underestimating.

If ASI had actually been achieved internally we'd probably be seeing much bigger undeniable signs of it by now. It feels like people are jumping ahead of reality we're still figuring out AGI and dealing with basic limitations in current AI systems yet suddenly ASI is supposedly done. It's an interesting thought but without any real evidence it comes off more like speculation or hype than something concrete.
