feels good to be jumping back into collaborations with @streamhq_xyz.
what I will say is that the demeanour of collaboration managers hasn't changed in the slightest over the recent months.
- clear unprofessionalism.
- copy-paste outreach.
- crazy demands.
- spam pinging.
these are still the common traits of some collaboration managers.
being a collaboration manager is the only job in Web3 which I believe needs to be automated in one way or another.
there are still so many upsides to running collaborations and being a collaboration manager but things definitely need to change.

Please set some work conditions. Why tf are people grinding 24/7?
Collab Managers, you guys also need to stop stealing spots. (You guys are the most pathetic)
Please openly expose these thieves and always reach out to their boss.
Also, please stop talking shit about other Collab Managers.
You can't justify being toxic to others by saying, "Oh, my job is so stressful."

Dealing with 200 different personalities a day and trying to adjust to every single one of them is a very exhausting thing. Social batteries drained. With low supply mints and too much demand neither sides are happy. And one is representing a client while the other the community. It’s supposed to clash. Maybe you should walk in our shoes for at least a day or I can give you a password to my account. I will also pay you what I get paid daily, but also remember that you can’t sleep more than 4 hours a day. You also need to be ok with all the fud in the dms when you dont respond in time because you simply dont have time. Forget taking time to shower, exercise or have a cooked meal.

The one-stop-shop for all connections
Information about who works for what projects can sometimes be gated within certain Discords or certain group chats. This can lead to gatekeeping and scattered information throughout different mediums.
This is where our IND3X Connect bot comes in.
With just a few commands, every user in our Discord can search for a project and be provided a connect for it.
