If you get staph or ringworm from fighting, as always in life, you need to act fast. I learned that the hard way. Over 2 years ago, I got Staph (Staphylococcus), a common skin infection among fighters that can cause serious damage, killing over 1.1 million people yearly around the world. And I did everything wrong. I did nothing at first, then just used raw honey on it for a few weeks after it started looking disgusting. It eventually worked, but only because my immune system is insane. Otherwise, it could have fucked me up way more. So always watch out and act fast. On Ringworm I would do: • Tea tree oil • Methylene Blue • Red light therapy • Pressed garlic clove On Staph I recommend: • Methylene Blue • Red light therapy • Pressed garlic clove After a week, it should be nearly gone. If not, go to the doctor.
