I was skeptical about AI in non-tech fields until last week. I met a guy running a $10M email marketing business with ONLY a 2 person team. They've setup AI agents for every part of the business. Just 2 guys maintaining and updating them. Shattered my frame of what's possible.

Anyone got tips on how to successfully use Devin AI? I've tried setting up the repo and everything, but it can't follow a simple design, code quality is shit, etc. I even gave it my Cursor rules but Cursor still outputs 10x better quality code.

I can see the entire system in my head within a few seconds. Every edge case and path. Now I have a robot to type the keys for me. I think about the next step.
