Added a new weapon with auto-firing, cleaned up some of the hitboxes, and several more changes under the hood. I may or may not have accidentally deleted 50% percent of my progress since the last commit a day and a half ago, but it's okay because we build back stronger

What was supposed to be a smaller update turned into me wrestling with the animation system to fix a singular bug and adding a whole new attack with an active input mechanic.

A few tweaks here and there plus a few new sprites to look at! I honestly really don't want to have to draw all of the sprites myself, but that looks like what is going to end up happening. It's especially bad because I want at least the player character to have 8-dir movement.

I've made a bunch of smaller changes since the last post, but none of them feel as impactful as giving hitstun a distinguishable color. Using shaders is honestly witchcraft.

I think im going to have the player recieve far less (maybe 2-3x less) hitstun than the enemies and to increase the stun duration for the enemies because there is some cool combo potential.

The hitstun timer is scaled to the attack that broke the threshold's stun duration. Once hitstunned, subsequent damage and knockback stacks untill the timer ends, and all of it is applied at once, with your movement being limited for a duration that scales with the total stun.

I think i reached a point where I'm gonna have to make the game look more pretty. I've added some pretty basic hitstun (explaination in the comments) and while I think it's fun, it looks more buggy than it actually is.

@NoodleVEVO Boomerang X! I'm not a huge wave arena shooter guy myself but it managed to be pretty consistently fun. The progression loop is really satisfying.
