To deal with this, I have been using a ChatGPT thread to manage all my tasks and projects. I also link priorities to these tasks and ask the AI to manage them. I have it call me out like a manager when I’m focusing on things that don’t matter.

With the amount of AI-assisted work we've been doing, I see that the bottleneck is humans (and the human context window). Suddenly I'm working on multiple tasks across different projects in parallel, and my brain gets fried.
