Rerolling augments is brutal with an increasing number of Proto Cores needed every time you try to get that Echo, but after a lot of grinding and dozens of Proto Cores, I finally have that 4x Echos on Striker plus Amalgam on AR and Chest. Thank you, RNGesus 🙏 #TheDivision2

Here are this week's Escalations missions and Today's Targeted Loot for each in #TheDivision2 (Disclaimer: As far as I know, Prototype gear mods don't exist and most likely won't. Just because an Escalation has something as Targeted Loot, doesn't mean that Targeted Loot will drop Prototyped. It just means that specific type of loot will drop more frequently.)

@TheDivisionGame Just ran tier 5 DCD hq with a group of 4 and I got only one prototype piece and one of us got none! That is not like before the maintenance.

The maintenance has been completed! Based on the feedback gathered since the release, we increased Prototype Gear drop rates last week, and those improvements remain active. We’ll continue monitoring community feedback as we keep iterating on the feature. To clarify yesterday’s messaging, Prototype Gear dropping from loot crates referred only to loot crates within Escalation missions. Prototype Gear in Escalation is intended to primarily come from defeating NPCs and completing the activity. Cherry Blossom Gear Caches remain unchanged and still have a chance to drop Prototype Gear as originally designed.
