If the car is genuinely fine, why is the dealership refusing to give anything in writing? Extremely disappointed with the handling of this situation. Requesting urgent intervention from @TataMotors. @Schandr80504296

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with @TataMotors and their dealership Roshan Tata Motors.

Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide any written confirmation that the car is not repainted. Even visible paint marks pointed out by us were denied without proper evaluation. @TataMotors @Tataev @TataCompanies

Update: The issue is still NOT resolved and the situation is getting worse. Visited Roshan Tata Motors service center today. No proper technical inspection was done only visual checking, no tools, no report.

For clarity, this incident took place on Wednesday at Roshan Tata Motors, Govind Marg, Raja Park, Jaipur. The behavior of the staff and the condition of the vehicle were both unacceptable for a new car delivery experience. @TataMotors @Schandr80504296

Failing which, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and through consumer forums. This has been a very disappointing experience from a brand we trusted. @TataCompanies @TataMotors

One of the staff members even raised his voice, argued aggressively, and walked away mid-conversation We have video evidence of this entire incident, including the statements made by the staff. @TataMotors @ChandraShailesh @TataCompanies

When we visited the dealership to raise this issue, instead of addressing the concern responsibly: - The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional They continuously denied the issue without proper inspection They shifted blame, stating “this is Tata Motors’ fault, not ours”

I booked a brand new Harrier EV with trust in the Tata brand However during a thirdparty PreDelivery Inspection conducted via Cars24 it was clearly identified that BOTH the right and left fenders of the car were repainted, along with visible taping/repair marks inside the panels.
