Fox has highest potential like always, could be S Falcon is too fundamentally strong to ever be B tier

IN THE AGE OF 'every player has good DI, tech chase / trap knockdown meta' Pika and Yoshi are the 2 best characters. Interchangeable Kirby is right below Falcon and Fox share A together (weakened, but still strong) Puff Mario DK Ness are good. Link Luigi Samus are least good.
