@Apple I am highly disappointed with the lack of service and information I have received. After 3 trips to the Cumberland Mall location, still can’t get my issue resolved!!!! I was told one thing on my last appt there and then today another store I’m not prepared for!

@Delta what is recalling going on today? Currently sitting at a gate and the flight is due to depart in 18 mins and we don’t even have a gate agent.. and NO ONE has a sense of urgency or concern!!! This is frustrating and Unacceptable!!!
