Stepping directly onto the set of HBO's The Gilded Age in Manhattan today, and the production scale is absolutely mind-blowing. To completely transform modern New York City back to the 1880s, the crew laid down massive textured carpets over the asphalt to perfectly mimic historic stone streets. There are over 350 background actors fully dressed in period-accurate costumes, alongside dozens of real horse-drawn carriages filling the block. It is incredible to see how much physical craftsmanship goes into creating just a few moments of television magic.

Because Terezi doesn't experience colorblindness, and she doesn't experience difficulty identifying the location, size, shape, or distance of anything.

Even if you did get bullied you should never admit you did. Everyone has a natural aversion to the bullied. That’s why they get singled out. Everyone can tell. Youre not imagining it despite what your therapist or mom says.

You can see how deeply feminine attitudes around male relationships have penetrated the psyche. To not realize that bullying is how you help young men is an incredibly feminine attitude. If you actually have “mentored” young men you would know this. Men should always be competing

I don't know how I feel about "June Egbert." It's a fun headcanon, but I don't think it makes sense for John's character. I think it would have made much more sense if John had been a trans man from the beginning, since Dad always says he's proud of the man John has become.
