Does anyone else purposely set their alarm ~ a half hour earlier than they need to wake up so that when it goes off you look at it and get that sweet, sweet moment of being like oh heck ya *false alarm* I get 30 more mins of sleep … or am I a psychopath?

Love getting to participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with medical oncologists, pathologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, etc. It is so exciting to hear experts from multiple fields coming together to discuss complex cases. This is why I love medicine!!

ALL: Never quite seen anything like this in a COVID patient and AKI. I was expecting just ATN. Instead saw a sea of blue cells separating tubules. Work-up revealed acute lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia (ALL). 35-yr old previously healthy man with recent history of COVID pneumonia
