DAY 1 of letting an agent control my life For the next 60 days I, @_tedison will delegate most of my decisions to an agent created from my platform. The idea is to have a personal assistant and coach that can help me take small incremental steps following Kaizen mentality to improve different aspects of my life: climbing, gym, social life, health and X presence. Why am I doing this with an agent and not using sheer willpower? The agents on my platform have the capacity to plan ahead one-shot or recurring events, tasks like: “I should send a message to tedison to motivate him to stretch tonight”. Starting from last night I’m getting a message in the lines of “Time to stretch. 10-15 minutes of mobility work - hips, shoulders, forearms. Your climbing depends on it.”. I know it sounds dumb, but the last sentence actually hit something last night and I started doing my stretches, which I hadn’t done in 2 months. Also I was able to ask questions to my assistant such as: “Is it good to stretch in the evening? Suggest some good stretches for climbing”. No more excuses. For me this is better than simply an alarm, because the agent reminds me of the longterm goal that I set out to achieve, and as weird as it sounds, having it send me a motivational message like that felt like having someone that supported me in this thing. So I felt like I couldn’t let it down The idea is to get rid of hesitation: “Should I really go work out this afternoon?” - “I’m not sure how I should do this or that”. Simply commit and it feels like the assistant is taking you by the hand and coaching you through it. It’s not about getting rid of higher order decisions in my life but about avoiding decision fatigue which takes a toll on your thinking capacity: "What should I cook this week?" - Agent sends me some ideas every Sunday night (recurring task scheduled), I say I’m good with X or Y, and it adds a shopping list and schedules a time where I’m free (it has access to my Outlook calendar) to go shopping. I don’t need to take care of my email anymore, I have a task that checks them every morning. It really feels like having an assistant taking some weight off of my shoulders for repetitive tasks. I’ll be trying out some different ways to help me be more extrovert and improve my writing. Don’t have much ideas on that end yet but I’ll ask my agent what he thinks. I’ll trust the process and its method I’ll let you guys know how this goes by posting as many updates as I can, but I feel like this might be something that hasn’t been tapped into much yet. Personally I’m excited to have access to a dedicated dietitian that curates recipes, shopping lists for healthy, non-toxic and the best ingredients, a life coach, sport coach, etc.

it's unfortunate that all that's left of (fully) onchain gaming is mostly reskinned defi protocols with some pixel characters onchain games and autonomous worlds used to be this big visionary community, but unfortunately i think the vision was too hard to realize and not enough of a value add to really matter on top of that many builders in the community had the wrong approach to making games imo, so even the games that were made never got any traction there are a few teams left who are still working on games in that niche, like Kamigotchi and Citadel (and onchain heroes to some extent) hopeful they can deliver on their own visions and make onchain gaming fun again
