NHL has an obvious problem, but they refuse to address it. They won't call penalties. One NHL team has 60 fewer PP chances this year compared to last, others are down 56, 55, 49 and 48. It has been a gradual decline for a decade and getting worse.

On this day in 1917, the Mont-Blanc exploded in Halifax Harbour, releasing a 2.9 kiloton explosion.
The largest human-made explosion in history to that point, it killed nearly 2,000 people and injured 9,000.

Alberta government NEVER funded private/religious school construction. We only funded 70% of operating cost.
This is privatization of education.
