@sahilkassam @JamesB_afc Yeah I do agree re starting tonight, or at least on at 60 rather than 80. Thought Trossard was OK, whereas Newcastle it was a stinker, frustrating as I do really like him as a player but drifting out to the right is not his strength.

@sahilkassam @JamesB_afc Agreed, the only thing I will say in Arteta’s defence is asking Nwaneri to start 12:30 on a Saturday away at Newcastle 3 days after he was cramping at Preston was tough physically. Not doubting his skillset and stature at all, more just ensuring he’s up to speed condition wise.

@sahilkassam @JamesB_afc The Havertz thing is the thing that frustrates me the most, he’s proven himself in the box - scored 3 cracking headers already this season… yet he’s constantly not in the box for the reasons you state. Then it leads to the lazy ‘need a striker’ narrative - not Havertz fault 😫

We brought on Ford to ‘close out the game’ - which just sends the wrong signal, why not go on and win the game? ABs generally score in the final 20, so simply trying to defend an 8 point lead is foolish.
