@_trash_void @Rothmus The doctors and nurses are there to solve a medical problem not deal with potential emotional distress aside from the bare minimum. Being there for family is huge. Ive had a lot of family on my side and my wife's side in the hospital for various reasons. Being there really helps

@_trash_void @Rothmus Being in a hospital sucks. My mom needed to have an extended hospital stay and it was emotionally draining on her. Even over her bday. I went every day to just talk and spend time. I love my mom. Ill skip some stupid party to make her happy if she needs it
