At 95, Katherine Jackson is still being cared for exactly as Michael Jackson intended.
Since his passing in 2009, she’s received about $67,000 a month from his estate totaling nearly $55 million. But much of that money doesn’t stay with her. It helps support her children and grandchildren, with significant monthly amounts going to LaToya, Rebbie, and Jermaine Jackson.
Michael had set aside 40% of his estate to ensure his mother would always be taken care of a decision that continues to shape the family today.

D4vd and Celeste Rivas reportedly met in 2022, when she was just 11 years old. According to prosecutors, their sexual relationship began in November 2023, when she was 13 and he was 18. Celeste’s family first reported her missing in February and April 2024 and Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies called D4vd after finding his number in Celeste’s phone records. Celeste then returned home two days later, and her parents took her phone. Prosecutors say D4vd got back in contact with Celeste by paying a student in her class $1,000 to deliver a cellphone he had purchased for her. Prosecutors say that throughout 2024, the two traveled together as a couple to Las Vegas, London, and Texas, where she met his family.
