for context im eating on average 1.3k cals per day and keeping water, protein, and fiber high, as well as increasing my steps

@strwbcha Oh i see you’re maintaining,that makes things a bit harder, but if ur comfortable to count weekly cals then you could do +300/-300 days the same way i described
@strwbcha To stop this you could do yoyo dieting but ed way so like eat 600 one day and maintenance or below maintenance by 200 the next. It helped me to lock in and i’m not even miserable (yet) lol

Maybe it applies to this post but i personally had an ed for 11 years now and guess what? You can’t eat low cals forever
